چکیده

Investigation on natural sources from plants, animals, and microorganisms that produce gums mucilages goes increasing day by to check their pharmaceutical applications. Different have been studied for effects but the use of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) mucilage as a excipient is still under cover. The aim this study was therefore evaluate compare flow property binding ability crude, purified, modified (hydrolyzed grafted), green synthesized nanoparticles (Zinc oxide (ZnO), cuperic (CuO), silver (Ag), gold (Au)) with hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) commercially available paracetamol tablets. Previously purified (with 58.4% yield) subjected modification (i.e., acidic, basic, enzymatic), grafting (polyacrylamide), synthesis nanoparticles. Flow properties powdered (granular) modified, were compared HPMC tablet granules. Tablets made using granules all types (discussed above), HPMC, tablets weight uniformity, hardness, friability, dissolution rate, disintegration time. When 100 mg/kg sample given mice no oral toxicity found. results obtained during within acceptable ranges in pharmacopeias. pseudoplastic behavior, hygroscopic nature, increased solubility, swelling index across increase temperature, hardness tablets, drug release behavior found better than binders used paracetamol, hence making (crude, modified) an excellent be dosage forms.

Genome sequence of the date palm Phoenix dactylifera L

Date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is a cultivated woody plant species with agricultural and economic importance. Here we report a genome assembly for an elite variety (Khalas), which is 605.4 Mb in size and covers >90% of the genome (~671 Mb) and >96% of its genes (~41,660 genes). Genomic sequence analysis demonstrates that P. dactylifera experienced a clear genome-wide duplication after eithe...

Socio-economic characterisation of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) growers and date value chains in Pakistan

Increasing food production to feed its rapidly growing population is a major policy goal of Pakistan. The production of traditional staples such as rice (Oryza sativa L.) and bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) has been intensified in many regions, but not in remote, drought-ridden areas. In these arid, marginal environments dates and their by-products are an option to complement staples given t...
